It is a clear night so I got up early to get pics of the sunrise. I was on the trail already after 4 a.m. I was hoping for the “money shot”. I want the pics of the Mount Fitzroy during the sunrise. Pretty lofty goal given the unpredictability of weather in Patagonia. But it happened! Part luck, part of my persistence. It was stunning morning. Absolutely incredible. I have what I wanted. I can go home happy now.
