7. Buenos Aires
I stayed in Buenos Aires for 14 days, 10 of them with heavy rain. Bad timing. According to locals, this was the worst weather, they could remember. I did what I could and I went outside between the storms. BA is interesting city full of wide, tree lined Boulevards. The city is quite cheap for visitors even though the locals have different opinion, I'm sure.
