Here are few pictures from the Carlsbad Caverns. They don’t convey how huge the caverns are with nothing to compare it to. There is a railing in some pictures which is about 1m high. I took my big gun there, brand new Nikon Z8. I have a tripod but I didn’t take it with me. Rookie mistake. It was DARK there, I mean really dark. Few lights around but that place is so massive you’d need a nuclear power plant to light it all up. All the pictures I took were hand held with sensitivity level set to crazy levels (ISO 22,500). The pics are not as sharp as they would be with a tripod but some of them are passable. Good enough for my blog 😉.
