I don’t know too much about riding in Ecuador. On my way to my Quito apartment I stopped at Ecuador Freedom Bike Rental. This company specializes at guided and self guided adventure moto tours and rentals throughout Ecuador. I didn’t know anybody there, I just showed at the gate. The guys let me in and WOW, this is a little oasis in the middle of Quito business district. You look around and everything there spells PROFESSIONAL. Their website, offices, the briefing room, the bikes. Everything. They have their own shop with 3 workstations which every brand name moto company would be proud off. The guys offered me a drink and we talked bikes. The president Court Rand and the Manager Sylvian Gallea answered all my question regarding the best rides in Ecuador. Court took me to the briefing room with a giant map of Ecuador and draw the best routes I should take. There are a few … They even let me wash my bike in their wash bay! I have never seen an adventure/rental company like this. I was totally impressed with with everything there. At the end they even gave me their T-shirt. If you ever want to do any adventure riding in Rcuador, check their website or give them a call. I am sure you want be disappointed.
