7. across the Andes
The ride from Quito to Puerto Misuahalli was wild. Steep climbs and descents, raining for most of the time. Temps ranging from +7 to +34. Nice waterfalls along the way. Quito was at 3,700, the highest pass was 4,100m and the Amazonas was at 400m with humidity beyond my comfort level. Amazing day!
