This place is so cool I have to extend my stay here. I can’t just leave without taking more pictures. This area is very photogenic. I woke up very early today and climbed on the top of the dune behind my place to watch the sunrise. It was spectacular. The air was nice and cool and no wind. The desert changes as the sun goes up. And I couldn’t stop taking pictures. I have more the 1,000 pictures of this place alone! I stayed at the top for more then 2 hrs. I then climbed (more like slided) down and took more pictures walking around the lagoon. The place is slowly waking up. It is time to get some breakfast. I head south bright & early tomorrow morning but this place is definitely one of (many) highlights of the trip.
